ASER 2020 is the first ever phone -based ASER Survey and it was conducted in September 2020.   EDUCATIONAL FACT                   Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Recently , FATF decided to keep Pakistan in the " grey list " till the next review of its compliance  with the recommendations  made in February next year (2021) .  the decision by the Paris - based watchdog , the Financial Action Task Force .  Why the Pakistan keep remains in grey list ?  Turkey was the only country in the 39-member FATF to push for Pakistan to be let off but China , Saudi Arabia and Malaysia did not support it .   Technology and Innovation                             Kamdhenu Deepawali Abhiyan :   2020   What is the news ?     Rashtriya Kamdhenu Aayog  begins National wide campaign to celebrate  "      Kamdhenu Deepawali Abhiyan".  Ministry of Fisheries , animal husbandry and Dairying implemented the nation wide kamadhenu Deepavali abhiyan on Oct 12 , to promote extensive use of cow dung during the festive season of Diwali . similar initiative was carried out during the Ganesh festival  and this is the continuation in the Programme .     Introduction of this campaign :     Under this campaign,  small scale products such as Diyas, agarbatti , dhoop , swastika , decorative wall - piece and idols of Mata Lakshmi and Ganesha ,all made out of cow dung will be promoted by the Aayog . Education      Global  Hunger  Index   (GHI) Today's topic is very important as Global Hunger Index 2020 has been released and India has been ranked at  94/107 countries in this year 2020. GHI (global hunger index) report publish every year in October month and jointly publish by Concern Worldwide and Welt hunger  half .  Some important facts of GHI   GHI  was first produced in 2006  and 2020 mark the 15th edition of  global hunger index  Aim :- To measure and track huger at global , regional, and country level. GHI score is computed using four indicators         1.
